Presentation Guideline

Oral Presentation Guidelines

Please be informed that speakers should bring own Windows or Mac PC to make presentations to the Session Room by 10 minutes before the scheduled session time.
An HDMI and VGA ports are provided for connecting a PC to the projector in each session room. If a PC has other monitor output terminal, please bring an HDMI or VGA conversion adaptor. When bringing your own PC, be sure to bring an AC adapter. Deactivate password lock, screen-saver, and power-saving mode in advance.

Please prepare presentation slides in a widescreen aspect ratio (16:9).

Speakers, with exception of keynote and invited talks, and will be allotted 15 minutes for presentation, followed by 5 minutes for discussion.

Allotted presentation time for keynote and invited speakers may vary depending on the purpose of symposium. Speakers are requested to check the time schedule in the program and follow it accordingly.

Plenary lecture and plenary talks are allotted one hour each, including discussion.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Posters will be displayed in Multi-purpose Room on the 2nd floor of Fukuoka International Congress Center. Poster presenters are asked to put up their posters by 12:00 on 26^th and 27^th, and 10:30 on 28^th. Posters must be put up onto the board provided with the presentation number. Presenters are required to stand near their poster during the session time. Posters must be removed by 18:30 on 26^th and 27^th, and 17:30 on 28^th by respective presenters. The provided poster boards measure 2.1 m in height and 0.9 m in width. Posters are recommended to be A0 size in portrait orientation（841 x 1189 mm). Pushpins will be provided to attach your posters to the boards.
